Cancellations
The courtesy of 4-hour cancellation notice is requested, so we can be of service to another client.
Appointments
Appointments are carefully scheduled according to the service that you book.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your initial appointment. Thereafter, please arrive at least five minutes early.

If you are late, we will make every effort to make-up for the lost time. However appointments following yours, may mean the time will be lost.

If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to re-schedule your appointment if fairness to clients booked in after you. 
 
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, ATM debit cards and cash.
          We do not accept diners or amex.
